These terms govern candidate participation, digital access, and corporate advisory services provided by Pro Cert Training Solutions. Subject to formal review by corporate legal advisors.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website, submitting an admissions enquiry, or enrolling in any training cohort delivered by Pro Cert Training Solutions Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you are enrolling on behalf of an enterprise entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full commercial authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Educational Offerings and Admissions
Pro Cert provides professional examination preparation, virtual sandbox laboratories, and executive mentorship.
While we design curriculums to maximize candidate success, enrollment in a Pro Cert course does not automatically confer an external vendor certification. The candidate must satisfy external testing body prerequisites, pass official proctored examinations, and comply with all vendor code of conduct requirements.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All course recordings, architectural slide decks, simulation question banks, and custom laboratory configuration templates are the exclusive intellectual property of Pro Cert Training Solutions or its licensors.
Enrolled candidates receive a revocable, non-exclusive, personal license to access materials for individual educational study. Sharing, distributing, recording, or publishing course collateral or question banks is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination without refund.
4. Candidate Conduct & Fair Use
Candidates must maintain professional courtesy during live cohort interactions and adhere to ethical standards. Harassment, disruption of live sessions, or unauthorized penetration testing of Pro Cert infrastructure will result in immediate suspension.
Cloud sandbox laboratories must be utilized strictly for designated syllabus exercises. Misuse for crypto mining, unauthorized network scanning, or malicious activity is reported to cloud service providers and law enforcement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pro Cert Training Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in training courses or inability to pass external vendor examinations.
Total liability for any validated claim under these terms is strictly limited to the actual tuition amount paid by the candidate for the specific cohort in dispute.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
